A blue square with diagonals made from half greens. A good template for making can top medallions with patterns with 2/4 fold symmetry. A cross using such a square as the center piece, the top, left, and right arms golden rectangles, and bottom arm a golden ratio squared rectangle, and half-greens used to make the ends of the arms pointed. A first attempt at making a face... it's a bit big-headed alien at the moment and doesn't really have room to add facial features. A five pointed star similar to one featured in a previous batch of string art, the star comprised of five 108-degree rhombi, each rhombus divided into a central rhombus surrounded by triangles. A decagon, the interior containing a pair of creasents that touch at the top and overlap at the bottom... IWhen I convert this one to straing art, I'll likely remove lines to makae the two crescents more apparent(flat zome models can be a bit fragile, and the holes for the blue struts are particularly prone to getting loose over time, so I often add extra lines for stability). A Pentagon with a star within. Scaled up, or if Blue 00s were available, I could add a central pentagon to complete a pentagram. A 10-pointed star made of 10 36-degree rhombi. An elongated shape comprised of red rhombi with blue struts along their diagonals and forming triangles along the edges... This pattern can tile the plane, but keeping to one row, I think it would make a good edge decoration. A snowcone made up of a triangle of red rhombi and a roughly semi-circular arc made of red, yellow, and blue struts. Replacing the red rhombi with skinny yellow rhombi and a different tri-color arc, I could probably make something with more Ice cream cone proportions. A green dodecagon reinforced by making it a ring of rhombi. A nearly flat, hexagonal bipyramid with an irregular BYYBYY hexagon as the base. A decagon with the bottom flattened and the top with a pentagon cut out... Kind of looks like a pair of horns or a crab claw. A pair of concentric hexagons with their circumradii. The central hexagon is the template I used for the hexagram amulet. A squashed rhombic dodecahedron. Though topologically equivalent to the regular rhombic dodecahedron, 4 of the yellow rhombi are skinny(the regular form has all fat yellow rhombi) and it's geometry more closely resembles the rhombic dodecahedron of the second kind, which is made of golden rhombi(and is zome constructible from red struts). An 8-pointed star, comprised of 2 red rhombi, 2 yellow rhombi, and 4 red-yellow parallelograms. Probably the best zone-constructible design for a compass rose... a Blue-green 8-pointed star is also possible, but it's symmetry lends itself better to a two points towards each cardinal direction orientation instead of 1 point to each cardinal and one point to each secondary(semi-cardinal? Is there a term for the directions between the cardinals?). I believe one of the chipboards I've punched but not stringed has a pattern based on a concentric pair of these stars. A 2*2 green square with blue diagonals.
